These Terms govern use of KadiKonnect web and mobile services. By submitting proposals, registering accounts, signing in, or using platform operations, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

1. Service Model and Platform Responsibilities

  • Web platform is used for proposal/service requests, onboarding, and controlled administrative workflows.
  • Mobile application/API is used by event owners and committees for event coordination and contribution operations.
  • Platform availability may vary due to maintenance, security controls, and legal obligations.

2. Roles and Accountability

  • Event Organizers: must submit accurate business/event information during proposal intake.
  • Event Owners and Committees: responsible for lawful upload/use of guest and contribution data and proper access delegation.
  • Contributors/Participants: responsible for providing truthful information and authorized contribution instructions.
  • Administrators: enforce governance controls, security policies, and access boundaries.

3. Acceptable Use and Data Boundaries

  • No misuse, unauthorized data extraction, credential sharing, or bypassing security controls.
  • No unlawful, deceptive, or non-consensual processing of personal or financial data.
  • Data obtained through KadiKonnect may only be used for event coordination, reporting, and approved compliance purposes.

4. Security and Authentication Obligations

  • Users must maintain secure credentials and comply with 2FA/TOTP requirements where enforced.
  • Users must report suspected unauthorized access immediately.
  • Mobile critical actions may require explicit consent headers/checkpoints and are auditable.

5. Financial and Contribution Records

  • Contribution and budget records are operational records and should be reviewed before confirmation.
  • Event owners/committees are responsible for reconciliation, approvals, and correction of accidental entries.
  • Platform logs and audit trails may be used to investigate disputes.

6. Dispute Handling

  • Initial disputes should be raised through designated support/admin channels with sufficient transaction/event references.
  • Audit logs, timestamped actions, and role assignments are primary evidence for issue resolution.
  • Where required, unresolved matters follow applicable contractual and legal procedures in the operating jurisdiction.

7. Liability and Limitations

  • Users remain responsible for data accuracy and lawful processing decisions made in their event workflows.
  • KadiKonnect provides operational tooling and security safeguards but does not assume responsibility for user-entered inaccuracies, third-party network failures, or misuse outside documented controls.
  • Nothing here limits obligations that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

8. Suspension and Enforcement

  • Accounts or API access may be suspended for policy breaches, security risk, abusive behavior, or legal obligations.
  • Security events may trigger enhanced verification and temporary action restrictions.

9. Changes to Terms

Terms may be updated to reflect legal, security, or operational requirements. Updated versions are published with an effective date and version. Continued use after updates may constitute acceptance where legally permitted.

10. Search Engine Indexing and Public Content

KadiKonnect may optimize public-facing pages for search engines (SEO), including use of metadata, sitemap files, and structured markup. Such optimization applies to public pages only and does not grant public access to protected user accounts, event records, or operational data that require authentication and authorization.
